Here’s why other fellows are excited about On Deck Strategy & Operations
As an operator leading the charge in high-growth startups, you’re often called upon to build the business, create structure for scale, and put out fires, all at the same time. It certainly isn’t easy. When things got tough, I’ve found it valuable to have a community to bounce ideas with, get support from and celebrate wins. ODSO hopes to be that for you. I can’t wait to get to know this crew!
As I reflect on our first conversation on ODSO – I realize the immense power this community can have!
Looking forward to building connections with COO peers across countries and investment series, during the program and beyond!
I've spent my career leading teams and scaling operations at hypergrowth startups. It's high-leverage and meaningful work, but can sometimes feel lonely. ODSO is a unique opportunity to connect with others on the same journey, hone your craft, and tap into an incredible network of operators, founders, and investors.
After participating in ODA's Angels Fellowship, I've seen firsthand how valuable On Deck's network, tools, and resources are. I'm really excited to participate in a program that's just for high-achieving, motivated operations leaders so we can not only elevate our skill sets, but also build strong connections with like-minded peers. I can't wait!
Jobs had Cook. Musk has Shotwell. Visionaries and operators go together like a shot and a chaser; One spices it up, the other smooths it out. I'm excited to join this bad-ass group of operators in ODSO.
As an early-stage operations leader, it's difficult to find resources, mentors and a peer community to support me through my challenges. The responsibility-load of our roles is real and can be lonely. I'm excited for the tools and relationships ODSO will provide to help build my skills and confidence as my company scales.
Running operations for a startup is a moving target. You often have to thread the needle between balancing thoughtful planning and putting out fires. And what works at 50 people won't always work at 200 people. That's why I'm so excited On Deck finally built the perfect program for me :) Excited to join forces with like minded peers and grow together.
The beauty of Strategy & Ops work is that there are so many playbooks out there, but finding the one that meets your particular business need is often hard to come by, as are the dos and don'ts from people who have paved the path before you. I am excited for the OnDeck Strategy & Operations fellowship to give me a chance to share my own experiences as a business operator and to learn from colleagues who've been in the trenches, to help build community and take my expertise to the next level.
Leading a startup through hypergrowth presents problems that are different from what founders face when they’re first starting out. I’m delighted for the exchange of best practices amongst operators who have scaled some of today’s most iconic companies and solved brutally hard problems.

ODSO is a community unlike any you’ve come across — it connects Operations leaders from all over the world who are building world-class teams for which playbooks don’t exist, and who would benefit most from learning and growing together.
We curate all programming and connections to maximize your value and time spent during the fellowship. You can dive into everything the fellowship has to offer, or opt in only to what best suits your goals and time.
Membership comes with unparalleled access to our network of startups — our track record of launching 650+ companies now worth over $5 billion in the last 2 years will only continue to grow with the launch of our new accelerator ODX.
Whether you just raised a Series A check and are going into hyper-growth mode, or just closed your D round and are looking to streamline ways of working, ODSO will provide you with the opportunity to exchange practical frameworks and build deep connections with a highly-curated group of peers.
Expect 2-3 hours per week of programming for the first 4 weeks of onboarding (it’s up to you how much you want to contribute!), followed by 3-4 hours/month for the remainder of the year.
The fellowship is designed for you to opt-in to what suits your goals and time. We recognize that everyone in the community is busy and we aim to accommodate as best as we can while respecting your time.
Our goal is to make the Fellowship accessible to the absolute best talent, no matter their financial situation. Please reach out to us at odso@beondeck.com to discuss your personal situation.
All Fellows have the option to pay in four monthly installments (with no interest or additional charges).
Yes - ODSO will be run entirely remotely. This enables participation from all corners of the world. We've mastered the playbook for building engaging remote communities through multiple On Deck fellowships and will apply the same approach here.
As the year progresses, we’ll be hosting offline events like dinners, small gatherings, and retreats in major cities, but the core Fellowship will remain a remote-first experience.
