"We initiated remote-first before it was popular, so before the pandemic. I'm a strong believer, as a leader, that finding talent wherever they are, and enabling people access to a startup environment, regardless of geography, is really important. And it allows for a better team."

"One of my main challenges was growing a team quickly. I had a few people in my Mastermind group that had thousands of employees at different parts of their career and they were able to give me advice throughout the process. Without On Deck I could have made some hiring and firing mistakes."

"For any founders out there looking for early stage employees, I would highly recommend OD50 and hedging the risk as they are training folks on how to be outstanding early stage teammates to help get to the next phase of your business."

The annual membership cost of On Deck Scale is $10,000 or 4 monthly installments of $2,750, starting when you accept the offer.
We are committed to identifying and supporting the very best founders at every stage of company growth from Seed to IPO who have demonstrated strong signs of product-market fit. We’ll group founders appropriately based on company stage and other relevant factors. Founders who have not raised capital should consider applying to the On Deck Fellowship.
On Deck Scale is designed to be flexible, so that you can tailor the program to your goals, needs, and availability. We've learned from our first 5,000 fellows that in order to make the most of the On Deck Experience, you should be prepared to spend at least 2 hrs/week engaging with the community and fellowship.
ODS is a choose-your-own-adventure experience. You get out what you put in: often, the biggest contributors are also the biggest beneficiaries.
We’re accepting applications from founders of companies ranging from seed-stage to IPO. Seed-stage founders must have raised at least $1.5M in the last six months or achieved a $100k MRR run rate.
Having access and building meaningful relationships are very different. ODS will bring value to any founder committed to significant learning and personal growth, expanding their network and personal influence, and becoming a better leader. While the On Deck network is large and continually expanding, On Deck Scale is designed to help you scale yourself as fast as you’re scaling your company.
Our Fellows come from around the world, however, a majority of the sessions are most conveniently accessible in timezones across North America, South America, and Europe.
At On Deck, we are big believers in the power of global access and flexibility that remote, virtual community creates. Your location will not impact achieving your goals in ODS.
We've heard from many of our fellows that they have been pleasantly surprised by the connections they've been able to build virtually through the fellowship.
We also love getting together in person when possible and organizing offline programs such as dinners, socials, conference meetups, and retreats.
Yes. If you are a CEO of a scaling startup, we welcome you to apply!
