On Deck Design is partnering with ADPList to champion education in mentorship around the world. This partnership includes a co-created educational module aimed at empowering designers with a better understanding of mentorship, as a manager and as a peer. The module will be taught to On Deck Design fellows and all ADPList mentors a few times a year.

This partnership officially kicks off on March 8th with an educational module available and delivered to all On Deck Design fellows ledby Felix Lee, and Wendy Johansson - Program Partner at On Deck Design. Sessions in the module will cover the differences between mentoring and coaching, mentoring within and outside of your organisation and much more.
