Every ODM cohort kicks off with a 3-week immersive experience: an opportunity to get to know the community and learn how to navigate On Deck to achieve your goals for the year ahead. The fellowship is unlike any you’ve come across, connecting top-tier marketing and growth leaders who are all breaking new ground, scaling products and services for which playbooks don’t exist, and would benefit most from learning and growing together. After the initial 3 weeks, you’ll continue to connect with the same group through masterminds, peer connections, and quarterly sessions.
The program is structured to facilitate highly curated peer-to-peer connections, while workshopping relevant and challenging marketing and growth topics. As a fellow, you’ll have the opportunity to:
