The fellowship kicks off with a 4-week immersive experience; an opportunity to get to know the community and learn how to navigate On Deck to achieve your goals for the year ahead. ODDS brings together experienced leaders in the industry who have used data science to deliver results for organizations and customers at the highest level.

• Community: The ODDS community facilitates meaningful relationships with peers and mentors. Curated 1:1 connections, mastermind sessions and mentorship matchmaking - the hard work is done for you.
