Enter the On Deck Recruiting Fellowship (ODR).

The program exists to raise the standard for recruiting excellence by facilitating connections among ambitious leaders to inspire better hiring practices. It kicks off with a 4-week intimate onboarding to help fellows get to know the community and learn how to navigate the broader On Deck ecosystem to achieve their goals for the year ahead.
