On Deck is launching On Deck Freelancers for freelancers in tech who want to level up their skills, learn more about the freelancing landscape, and have access to exciting new opportunities. The inaugural cohort kicks off early October.
Freelancing often looks better from the outside.
Being your own boss can sound like a dream, but navigating your professional journey as a freelancer can be lonely and confusing at times. And since every freelancer’s situation is different, it’s hard to figure out how to start and scale your business the right way.
It also doesn’t help that most freelancer job sites are overcrowded and impersonal, resulting in a race-to-the-bottom dynamic.
Enter: On Deck Freelancers.
On Deck Freelancers is a continuous community for freelancers in tech who want to level up their skills, learn more about the freelancing landscape, and have access to exciting new opportunities from the On Deck network alongside a trusted group of peers.
The Fellowship brings together ambitious freelancers who are experienced at their craft and looking to broaden their horizons as a freelancing professional.
The inaugural cohort focuses on supporting freelancers in high-demand skills to help support the broader On Deck network, and in turn provide a consistent pool of opportunities for qualified freelancers joining the program. This mainly includes freelancers with the following set of skills:
- CMS/e-commerce experts
- No-code builders
- Data analysts
ODFreelancers kicks off with a 4-week intimate onboarding to foster deep connections and build familiarity with the On Deck ecosystem.
Afterwards, you’ll join a lifelong community of experts committed to help you grow your freelancing career and have continuous access to top opportunities.
As part of the continuous community, you’ll get access to:
- Social & networking events
- Curated connections with other fellows
- Mastermind sessions with trusted peers
- Signature sessions with world-class speakers
