ODM2 has been a tremendous experience so far! Being apart of such a small marketing team, it’s great to be able to get confidential advice from other marketing leaders on a regular basis. And finally, since I’m about to move into a more content-focused role, it’s been great to set-up virtual coffees with experts in that world and learn what to focus on.

The meaningful work On Deck is doing to foster community among professionals is more important than ever as we increasingly pivot into a remote and/or hybrid work model. To be a good fit for ODM, you are probably:
- A Director, Manager, or Head Marketer who would benefit from the authentic relationships forged with other growth-oriented leaders, or
- A founder looking to scale your company further by joining a community of growth-minded individuals.
- Open to seeking the support, coaching, and mentorship required to scale yourself and your company.
- Willing to share your experiences, challenge assumptions, expand your perspectives, and raise the bar for yourself and others. You’re committed to lifelong learning and a spirit of service to others.
ODM is a community unlike any you’ve come across - it connects top-tier marketing and growth leaders from all over the world who are all breaking new ground, scaling products and services for which playbooks don’t exist, and who would benefit most from learning and growing together.
We curate all programming and connections to maximize your value and time spent during the fellowship. You can dive into everything the fellowship has to offer, or opt in only to what best suits your goals and time.
Whether you are a Director of Marketing at a large company, or a Head of Growth at a scale-up, ODM will provide you with the opportunity to exchange practical frameworks and build deep connections with a highly-curated group of peers.
Expect 2-3 hours per week of programming for the first 4 weeks (it’s up to you how much you join!), and then 3-7 hours per month. The fellowship is designed for you to opt-in to what suits your goals and time. We recognize that everyone in the community is a time-scarce, scaling marketing executive and we accommodate as best as we can while respecting our fellows’ time.
On Deck Marketing is $4,990. Payment plans are also available to help distribute the cost. After acceptance, we’ll work with your team to expense some or all of the cost as L&D (Learning & Development).

All Fellows have the option to pay in four monthly installments (with no interest or additional charges). We also have a limited number of scholarships available thanks to our Access Fund. Information about scholarship applications will be provided to accepted Fellows closer to the kickoff date.
Yes - ODM will be run entirely remotely. This enables participation from all corners of the world. We’ve spent multiple On Deck cohorts mastering the playbook for building remote communities and relationship building online, and will apply the same approach here.
As the year progresses, we’ll be hosting offline events like dinners, small gatherings, and retreats in major cities, but the core Fellowship will remain a remote-first experience.
After one year of membership, you will have the opportunity to renew your membership. If you choose not to renew your membership, you will no longer have access to On Deck platforms, networks, and content. To regain access, you’ll have to re-apply for a future fellowship.
