Who should apply?

To be a good fit for Consultants On Deck, you are probably:

  • A current or former management consultant with 2+ years of experience as an analyst, associate, principal, or director.
  • Considering starting, joining or advising a startup or VC firm in the next 6 months
  • Excited about emerging technology, and eager to learn more while contributing to others’ career journeys
  • Eager to be an active participant in a growing community, as much of the value of On Deck comes from the network and peer-to-peer connections

We welcome those from all levels and match fellows with mastermind groups and peers with similar career stages and aspirations.

What is the time commitment?

The power of this program is in the community, and like any community you get back what you put in. Consultants On Deck is designed for people committing to spend at least several hours per week figuring out what’s next, whether that is attending sessions or engaging with other fellows in the COD community. You will be able to attend as many or as few sessions as you’d like.

What does it cost?

Access to Consultants On Deck is $2,490, payable as a lump sum or 4 monthly installments.

Some firms will also cover the cost for transitioning consultants.

Is this a fully remote program?

Yes, Consultants On Deck is run entirely remotely. This enables participation from all corners of the world.

There are also regular IRL events in key tech hubs across the entire On Deck ecosystem. These networking-oriented events supplement the core remote-first community experience.

How long will I have access to the community?

After the formal fellowship ends, you’ll maintain access to all On Deck community resources until you find your next role, and then after that for as long as you’d like to stay engaged!
